J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management completed the Development and Design/Build of a 45,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for Vastex International. The new facility includes dedicated areas for inventory, metalworking, electrical, assembly, and shipping operations.
In addition to the manufacturing space, the project delivered thoughtfully designed office areas, a showroom, and a hands-on classroom for Vastex University, the company’s training program for entry-level screen printers. The facility was customized to accommodate growth while providing efficient workflows and modern, functional spaces for both operations and training.
