After 45 years in their Carteret, New Jersey location, CRP Industries Inc., contracted J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. to support their growing business operations with a new state-of-the-art 108,000 sq. ft. facility in Cranbury, New Jersey.
J.G. Petrucci designed the new facility to safely store combustible fluids, adapted a fixed site plan for two tenants to meet the needs of one, and delivered the new building on an extremely tight timeline. Upon move-in, the facility housed 80 employees, 12,000 SKUs, and a production facility for assembling and packaging automotive replacement parts. The new building is comprised of office and warehouse space and allowed the growing firm to increase its inventory and eased its distribution of products in its three key business segments: CRP Automotive Products, CRP Industrial Hose, and CRP Perske Electric Motors.
For over 50 years, CRP Industries has steadily expanded its horizons into new products and services within the NAFTA market. The new building and close proximity to all major highways have enabled CRP Industries to expand its platform.
