Based in Hodgkins, Illinois, Silbrico Corporation was seeking a new location to expand its 70-year-old business to a new market. J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. worked with the Silbrico team and its real estate broker to locate and identify the ideal site for the firm’s expansion efforts.
The Illinois-based maker of perlite products has become the latest manufacturer that J.G. Petrucci has helped establish a facility in Forks Township, Pennsylvania. The 30,000 sq. ft. specialized manufacturing facility is located in Forks Business Center and is Silbrico’s second location in 70 years of operation.
J.G. Petrucci sold the 7-acre parcel to Silbrico and was responsible for all land development approvals and improvements. The project was designed by Cerminara Architect and was constructed by J.G. Petrucci’s in-house construction team, Iron Hill Construction Management.
