J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management completed the Development and Design/Build of a 30,000 sq. ft. specialized manufacturing facility for Silbrico Corporation, a perlite products manufacturer based in Hodgkins, Illinois. Located in Forks Business Center, this project marked Silbrico’s second location in its 70-year history.
The project included all land development improvements and approvals, and was designed by Cerminara Architect. The end result was a turnkey facility tailored to Silbrico’s specialized manufacturing operations, supporting the company’s expansion into a new market.
