With the help of J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., Polykote Corporation relocated its company headquarters from Warminster to Forks Township in 2007. Polykote formulates and produces custom-designed coated materials utilizing unique adhesives or coatings.
J.G. Petrucci completed the Development and Design/Build of a 25,600 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for Polykote’s new headquarters, followed by a 20,000 sq. ft. expansion at the facility. The new building features include metal panels with split-face masonry façades, production and manufacturing areas, 4,000 sq. ft. of office space, and two loading docks.
The Forks Township facility contains all of Polykote Corporation’s production lines, allowing the company to expand width capabilities and increase laboratory sizes. In addition, Polykote increased employee counts and now has adequate warehousing capabilities for stock and customer material.
