For over 15 years, EcoTech Marine has dominated the aquatic technology sector, setting a new industry standard for aquarium equipment. When it came time for EcoTech to move to a larger Class-A facility to accommodate their growth in the Lehigh Valley, the company turned to J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc.
Bethlehem Flex V, an 88,000 sq. ft. development located in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII, became the ideal solution. 50,290 sq. ft. of the building was pre-leased to EcoTech prior to construction, which allowed for a seamless Design/Build process led by Iron Hill Construction Management.
The space was built to EcoTech’s exact specifications for their business, including warehouse space with 32′ ceiling clear height, a two-story office, manufacturing, and R&D space. The new space allows EcoTech to become more efficient by reducing overhead and consolidating two facilities into one.
This project came to fruition with the support of City of Bethlehem officials, the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, and the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park executive team.
