J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Cabot Properties partnered to build a 320,250 sq. ft. Class-A industrial warehouse and distribution facility at 4626 Somerton Road in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Delivered on a 19.5-acre site in Montgomery County, the ground-up development was designed to support high-volume warehouse, distribution, and light manufacturing operations within the Greater Philadelphia market.
Built by Iron Hill Construction Management, the facility features 36′ clear heights, 55 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 50’ x 54’ column spacing, and 2,500 sq. ft. of office space, as well as dedicated trailer and passenger vehicle parking. Strategically located near I-95 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the project provides direct access to major Northeast transportation corridors and regional distribution networks.
