J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management led the gutting and remodeling of an existing facility, including the structural removal of a 30,000 sq. ft. mezzanine. The project scope included a full replacement of HVAC systems, construction of a two-story office space, and installation of five new loading dock doors. The entire project was completed on a tight six month schedule, delivering a fully modernized and functional facility.
