J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and Iron Hill Construction Management gutted, remodeled the existing space, and completed a structural removal of a 30,000 sq. ft. mezzanine. This project included a complete replacement of HVAC equipment, construction of a two-story office space, and construction of five (5) new loading dock doors. This project was completed on a 6-month schedule.
