J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the development and design/build of a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse with a 60’ x 400’ connected canopy for Weyerhaeuser, a wood products distributor. Highlights of the facility include a 9,387 sq. ft. interior office, a 50′ × 200′ outdoor covered area, 24′ clear height rail access with a rail dock, a 36,000 sq. ft. rail unloading area, and 12 acres of outdoor paved storage.
