Featuring three state-of-the-art buildings, J.G. Petrucci continued to assist their longtime partner, Factory LLC, in locating a new home for its latest brand, Stuffed Puffs at the Lehigh Valley Flex Center. The specialized food manufacturer has leased Building I at 150,000 sq. ft. from J.G. Petrucci to expand its manufacturing operations. Next door, the redistribution specialist, RJ Schinner, has leased Building II at 160,000 sq. ft. And lastly, Building III became fully leased in 2022 with 120,000 sq. ft. demised for global logistics and shipping company, DHL, and 40,000 sq. ft. for leading leading pharmaceutical distributor, TopRx.
