J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the Development and Design/Build of this 225,000 sq. ft. speculative warehouse facility for repeat client Cabot Properties. Construction commenced in March 2021 and was completed on-time and on-budget in December 2021, despite COVID-19 related supply chain challenges and work restrictions. The entire building was leased to a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company shortly after completion.
