J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the Development and Design/Build of this 225,000 sq. ft. speculative warehouse facility for repeat client Cabot Properties. Construction commenced in March 2021 and was completed on time and on budget in December 2021, despite COVID-19 related supply chain challenges and work restrictions. The entire building was leased to a third-party logistics provider company shortly after completion.
