J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. completed the Development and Design/Build of this 243,750 sq. ft. speculative industrial facility at 4730 Hanoverville Road in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. The building features 36’ clear height, 2,600 sq. ft. of finished office space, and 30 FC LED warehouse lighting, providing a modern, efficient environment for tenants.
The facility is now fully leased, with payment processing company Shift4 Payments, LLC occupying 65,000 sq. ft., insulated packaging provider Cold Chain Technologies, LLC occupying 97,500 sq. ft., and thrift store retailer Savers occupying 81,250 sq. ft.
