As demand for industrial space continued to surge, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. began construction on Building A at Port Logistics Center at Logan, in Logan Township, New Jersey. The 1,028,530 sq. ft. building is part of a larger speculative industrial project that will consist of four buildings totaling 1,874,900 sq. ft. across 190 acres.
Building A features 40′ clear height, 663 vehicle parking spaces, and 241 trailer parking spaces. It was sold to the national logistics real estate firm Link Logistics and subsequently leased to off-price retailer Burlington. Tenant improvements were completed by Iron Hill Construction Management and include 45,000 sq. ft. of office space, 412 trailer parking spaces, and over 22 miles of automated storage and conveyance systems. Building C (253,500 sq. ft.) and Building D (331,870 sq. ft.) are fully approved, pad-ready sites available for lease.
