Evident Scientific, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Olympus Corporation and leader in the design and manufacturing of life science and industrial solutions, partnered with J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. to build a new microscopy distribution and service center at 240 Emery Street in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Evident was searching for a collaborative partner and landlord that would be able to develop and deliver a turnkey facility to meet its unique business needs.
The location was critical to the new distribution and service center. J.G. Petrucci deemed Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII a prime location due to its proximity to Olympus Corporation’s headquarters. The facility houses approximately 30 employees and serves as Evident’s primary distribution and repair hub for microscopes in the Americas.
