Utilizing its strong experience in urban redevelopment, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. transformed a 40-year blighted site into a 44,000 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution facility for ABC Supply.
As the largest wholesale distributor of roofing material in the United States, ABC Supply needed to upgrade its Plainfield operations to accommodate its growing customer base and wanted to remain in the City of Plainfield. The company partnered with J.G. Petrucci to locate a new site and design a state-of-the-art facility that allowed them to meet the growing demands in the area for building products and support.
Since opening the new facility, ABC Supply has provided new employment opportunities, boosted economic activity, and has assisted with revitalizing the City of Plainfield.
