When REEB Millwork Corp., a longtime Lehigh Valley distributor of building materials, was looking for a new headquarters, they turned to J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. to locate the site and devise a development plan that would accommodate the company’s strategic growth.
J.G. Petrucci worked with REEB to locate and purchase a 61-acre site in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII, approximately five miles away from its existing facility. After working collaboratively with REEB’s facilities and operations team, J.G. Petrucci strategically designed the facility to be built in phases. The firm delivered the project by starting at 175,000 sq. ft., followed by phase two: 250,000 sq. ft. and phase three: 295,000 sq. ft., bringing REEB Millwork’s entire manufacturing and distribution facility to 720,000 sq. ft.
