Petrucci Company, Inc. strategically designed Flex Center 33 to handle the current real estate needs of growing light industrial and manufacturing firms. The 120,000 sq. ft. building was completed by Iron Hill Construction Management in 2018. Situated on 10 acres with excellent frontage on Route 33, the warehouse is also 2 miles from Interstate 78, providing quick and easy access to all major highways and over 40% of the United States population.
