J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. partnered with global real estate investment manager DWS Group to complete this 587,100 sq. ft. speculative warehouse in Bethel, Pennsylvania. The joint venture leased the building shortly after completion to Fortune 500 company Big Lots. The tenant uses the space as a warehouse and distribution facility, taking advantage of the site’s convenient location to major roadways. Situated on 45 acres, the LEED-Certified facility features 40′ clear height, 108 dock doors, ample vehicle and trailer parking, ESFR sprinklers, and LED lighting.
Iron Hill Construction Management constructed the shell and tenant fit-out work for Big Lots.
