Petrucci Company, Inc. began construction on this 120,000 sq. ft. speculative warehouse located on 21.07 acres in Logan Township, New Jersey, a Fortune 50 building materials supplier committed to the entire building. The building features 32′ clear height, 28 dock doors, two drive-in doors, and ample vehicle and trailer parking.
Iron Hill Construction Management completed a turnkey fit-out for the tenant, delivering the finished facility in December 2022. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, including supply chain disruptions and work stoppages, the project was completed on time and on budget, demonstrating strong project management and construction execution.
