Pureland Flex Center II

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. began construction on this warehouse as a speculative facility and leased the entire building to a Fortune 50 building materials supplier shortly after commencement of construction. J.G. Petrucci completed a turnkey fit-out for the tenant and delivered them a completed building in December of 2022. This project was built through the COVID-19 pandemic and was finished on-time and on-budget despite work stoppages and significant supply chain challenges.
